The incident occurred on August 24, 2026, when Montgomery County Precinct 3 Sgt. David Weis went to the Doyles’ home on Frontera Circle in The Woodlands to serve eviction-related legal process. Video described by KPRC 2 appears to show Weis standing inside the couple’s open garage after they answered the door; the couple says he entered without permission. The constable’s office says it opened an internal investigation after learning of the complaint on September 1 and has not said whether policy was violated.

James Turrell’s “Twilight Epiphany” Skyspace is a site-specific public artwork at Rice University’s Suzanne Deal Booth Centennial Pavilion in Houston. Built in 2012, the two-story, acoustically engineered structure combines an open-roof viewing space with programmed LED light sequences at sunrise and sunset.
